Pengaruh Financial Incentive terhadap Selling Volume Kredit Motor

Abstract

 

The phenomenon descreasing selling volume in credit motorcycle that happen on Januari 2014. That phenomenon cause a decreasing benefit for leasing. To cope desreasing, the leasing giving incentive to dealer, incentive to branch manager, insentive to supervisor, and insentive to sales. Research by using quantitative methods involving matrix data 20 dealer in Karawang. Using Multiple Regression, that known F (20) = 10,962 and p = 0,000 < 0,05, it was found that incentive to dealer, incentice to branch manager, incentive to supervisor, and incentive to sales influence selling volume in credit motorcycle with R square 74,5%. This research found that the best incentive to increasing selling volume in credit motor cycle is incentive to sales, that contribution 67,7%.
