Gambaran Organisasi Biro Psikologi Psikodinamika Dan Yayasan Amanah Kamomee (YAK) Ditinjau dari Aspek Social Entrepreneurship

Abstract

The social entrepreneurship theory consists of all entrepreneurial activities in which social aspects become the foundation of the establishment; to construct a moral responsibility within the profit or non-profit organization towards social matters (Dees, as cited in Wibowo, 2011). The aim of this research is to assess the foundation of Biro Psikologi Psikodinamika and Yayasan Amanah Kamomee (YAK) and the social entrepreneurial aspects leading the formation of the establishment. The method used in this research involves qualitative methods, such as interview and documentations. The subjects in this research consist of only the founder of Biro Psikologi Psikodinamika and Yayasan Amanah Kamomee (YAK). The results of the research conclude that the establishment of Biro Psikologi Psikodinamika and Yayasan Amanah Kamomee (YAK) is to create an organization aimed to help resolve problems in the surrounding areas (such as disaster areas in Aceh after the Tsunami).
